Dinner Adventure

That rhymes, right?
Last night, I made roasted acorn squash with wild rice. I loved it, Boo ate about half of his and apologized for not wanting anymore. I mean, really, I don't know why I thought he would like it. My man's favorite food is ground beef. I love him. But, wow. So I'll just stick with this recipe on nights when he's out. And probably use less apple cider vinegar next time. Punchin' me in the taste buds, like woah.
